Refund policy

1. Eligible Returns – Defective Product Only

Nordic Blue Water products may only be returned if they are defective.
A product is considered “defective” if:

  • It arrives damaged, leaking, punctured, or crushed

  • It has a manufacturing defect that makes it unsafe or unsuitable for consumption

  • You received the wrong item or wrong quantity

Returns for taste preference, change of mind, or improper storage after delivery are not permitted.


2. Return Request Deadline

All defective-product return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 30 days are ineligible.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a defective-product return, email: info@drinknordicblue.com

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of defect

  • Clear photos showing the issue

No return will be authorized without written approval.


4. Return Process

If your defective-product claim is approved:

  • We will provide written authorization

  • Nordic Blue Water will arrange pickup of the defective items at no cost

Products must remain available for inspection and must not be discarded until authorized.


5. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless defective as defined above:

  • All Nordic Blue Water beverages (perishable consumables)

  • Opened, partially consumed, or tampered products

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Custom or special orders

  • Promotional or discounted items

This rule ensures compliance with health, safety, and perishability regulations.


6. Reporting Damages or Wrong Items

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.


7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after:

  1. The defective-product return is reviewed and approved

  2. Pickup or inspection is completed

Refunds:

  • Are credited to the original payment method

  • May take up to 10 business days to appear

  • Are subject to bank/credit card processing times

If 15 business days have passed with no refund, contact us at info@drinknordicblue.com.


8. No Exchanges

Because our products are perishable, Nordic Blue Water does not offer exchanges.
If approved, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.


10. Fraud Prevention

Nordic Blue Water reserves the right to deny fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported claims.
